Our Process Safe Machine to Cloud Bridge is a secure and intelligent connectivity solution that links industrial machines with a cloud-based dashboard using a custom WiFi telemetry service. It combines a real - time Modbus RTU microcontroller (MCU) with a WiFi bridge, ensuring reliable transmission of data and commands while maintaining the integrity of critical process communication.
Every Modbus command can be locally verified before execution. The on-site controller enables various process validation schemes, protecting your system from incorrect commands or unsafe sequences based on real-time process data. Validation is fully autonomous. It is embedded in the bridge hardware, and does not require an Internet connection.
Operational data and commands are visualized on a customizable dashboard, accessible via Web browser or mobile app (Android & iOS). We offer full customization of the dashboard, commands, and validation logic tailored to your specific process needs.
Additional hardware features include a built-in relay output and an input for an NTC temperature sensor, supporting extended functionality and seamless integration into automation systems. If required we can provide a data logger solution.
